7)		 All clients must be in possession of a signed provisional or full UK Driving Licence entitling them to drive the training vehicle.
All clients must ensure that their eyesight meets the DVSA minimum requirement at all times.

Lessons must be paid for before commencement.

If you need to cancel a lesson for any reason you must give 24hours notice. Failure to do so will result in you incurring the full charge for the lesson.
The school reserves the right to withhold the use of the training vehicle for test purposes if, in the instructor’s opinion, the candidate has not reached the required standard.
The School accepts no liability for personal property that is left in the training vehicle.

Payments made in advance are not refundable with the exception of a change in medical condition. In these circumstances the refund will be at the discretion of the instructor.
